Novosibirsk ex-minister became a deputy after elections with violations

Former Minister of Social Development of the Novosibirsk Region, Yaroslav Frolov, won the well -renders in the regional Legislative Assembly in the district No. 8. The unicorn scored 65%, the press service of the Central Election Commission said .

The local branch of the Communist Party reported several violations in polling stations.

On the first day of voting at the PEC No. 501 in the Kochkovsky district, the commission issued 100 forms for the homeless voting, and 103 copies were lowered in the urn. At the PEC No. 191 in the Solo region, observers recorded an “abnormal turnout” - more than a hundred people voted in two hours.

At the PEC No. 403 in the Karagat district, a journalist for the newspaper "For People's Power!" Zakhar Kalashnikov noticed that the safe packages on May 20 and 21 were not sealled.

At the PEC No. 379, the observer from the Communist Party said that with a home voting voters, ballots were brought in advance with a note for whom they were supposed to vote.
