The Irkutsk soldier was given life -lifelong for the murder of a resident in Ukraine

In Kiev, the court sentenced to life imprisonment of a 21-year-old soldier from Ust-Ilymsk Vadim Shishimarin in the case of the murder of a civilian resident in the village of Chupakhovka Sumy region, Mediazona reports .

He was found guilty of violating the laws and customs of war, combined with the intentional murder of Alexander Shelipov.

The wife of the murdered Ekaterina Shelipova said that he was shot when he went on a bicycle to look at the funnel formed from the explosion of the tank nearby. She demanded a life imprisonment for a soldier or exchanging him for defenders "Azovstal".

At the trial, Shishimarin said that he first refused to shoot a peaceful resident, but did this after the order of the ensign and an unknown man who was sitting with him in a car - the man did not like what Shelipov spoke on the phone.

Shishimarin admitted his guilt and asked for forgiveness before his wife’s wife.
