In Armenia, protests continues with the resignation of Prime Minister Nikola Pashinyan. In Yerevan, government buildings have a skirmish of opposition to the police, writes RIA Novosti.

Protesters were able to break through the cordon and go into the building of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports with the shouts of “Struggle” and “Nicholas - a traitor”. The skirmish also occurred at the Foreign Ministry building.

According to the publication, at least 15 detentions occurred.

In Armenia, mass protests began on April 17. The reason for the dissatisfaction of citizens was the performance of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikola Pashinyan - on April 14, he stated that it was necessary to “lower the bar on the issue of the status of Karabakh” and sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan.

The opposition believes that the policy of the authorities is “destructive for Armenia and the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, threatens the Armenian side not only with new concessions, but also by the loss of statehood”. In this regard, the opposition announced the conduct of unlimited protests demanding Pashinyan's resignation.
