The former vice-governor of Kolyma and the current Deputy Governor of the Yaroslavl Region Andrei Kolyadin received a reprimand for a joke about the deceased in Ukraine, which he published in his telegram. This was announced by Kommersant with reference to the acting head of the regional government department of the regional government, Anna Kuligina.
According to her, the acting governor Mikhail Evraev conducted a “appropriate conversation” with Kolyadin, after which he reprimanded. The post is now deleted with the official account.
On April 26, Kolyadin wrote that he arrived in Pereslavl-Zalessky at the congress of municipalities from Rostov, where the military who died in Ukraine was buried. “The football player, Balagur and Sapero ... The latter turned out to be lethal,” the official said then, accompanying the selfie post with a cigar.
He was criticized for this post, and Kolyadin then stated that his destiny was "to be near the families of the dead at the most difficult moment - at the time of the funeral of the heroes."
