Both will now receive trips to the sanatorium and will be able to ride public transport for free. Every month Khodyrev and Miller will pay a little more than 25 thousand rubles. For the head of Gazprom, this is probably especially significant. When honorary citizens will die, they will bury them at the expense of the taxes of Petersburgers.

But while they are alive. And if a lot about Miller is clear a long time ago, then Khodyrev could be forgotten by many. He is a man with connections. For example, when Khodyrev led the Leningrad Executive Committee, he warmed the young builder Sasha Beglov, who was then appointed the governor of St. Petersburg. The young and fervent Komsomol member Valya Matvienko worked as deputy Khodyreva. Years later, she reached such heights that she authorized Russian President Vladimir Putin into the enforcement of troops into a foreign country to kill civilians - but did not forget her chief Khodyrev.

In 2007, Khodyrev became a co -founder of the company with her husband Putin's cousin. We are talking about the governor of the Kemerovo region Sergey Tsivilov. As the agency’s publication wrote, his wife Anna, apparently by the right of blood, leads the region as a full -fledged mistress. Khodyrev also became one of the co -founders of the St. Petersburg branch of the Putin “Popular Front” and headed the coordination council “United Russia - the Elder Generation”.

For many years, state dachas in the resort area can be bought for nothing. This is done so. A potential owner or standing person rents a summer house for a long time. Then the city sells a house that costs nothing at all. However, there is a problem - the tenant cannot be evicted. Nobody will buy such a house ... except for the tenant himself. Why not? The law does not prohibit this. Further, as Putin likes to say, in the framework of the law, the gold land under the house is formalized in property. That's it - you are the owner of a wonderful site in the prestigious area of ​​St. Petersburg!

In 2021, a State Duma was put up for auction at Petersburg, Zelenogorsk, Kurortny Street, 20 Square - 67.1 square meters. m. The cottage is located on the site of almost 20 acres. But the trouble is: someone has rented a house from 2008 already to 2047. The initial price of the sales of a hut is some 2.7 million rubles, but even the cadastral value (which is always much less than market) of the land of more than 15 million rubles. For understanding, an empty plot of the same area here is sold for 50 million rubles.

And this is understandable, because it is profitable not to distribute the Earth, but to sell, but here, as in a famous joke, there are nuances.

After some time, the site began to build up. And in 2011, in the same resort district, the former head of Leningrad issued the ownership of the house in the village of Solnechnaya on the 2nd Borovaya Street, which he then gave to his son Alexander. Later, other buildings appeared in the same area of ​​more than 2 hundredths. For example, on the same street a similar site costs 65 million rubles.

If this is the land that Khodyrev received as the winner of the sign “For Merit to St. Petersburg”, then the inconspicious comes out. According to the law , plots with an area of ​​0.24 hectares were given only to the heroes of the USSR or the Russian Federation, or to the full gentlemen of the “Order of Glory”, and the rest, including all deserved before the government, are laid for 0.12 hectares. Khodyrev’s ownership is twice as much. It is not clear on what basis he received such a “heroic” land.

A little further from this cottage Khodyreykh is the mansion of the son of Valentina Matvienko Sergey. His company received land for 49 years for the construction of the sanatorium. This happened in the far 2007, when Valentina Matvienko still worked as the governor of St. Petersburg. But instead of the sanatorium, a mansion appeared there, and rent, as often occurs in the resort area, became property.
