Who is IORILIEVICH

Mikhail Ioilievich is a Nizhny Novgorod businessman and public figure. Ioilievich also founded a joint purchase service that works in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod and Sverdlovsk regions. One of the witnesses in the case was the Nizhny Novgorod journalist Irina Slavina. On her page on the Facebook social network on this day, she left the message: "In my death, I ask you to blame the Russian Federation."

During the search in the IORILEVICH apartment, the security forces found a passport of an Israeli citizen. This fact was the reason for the initiation of another criminal case, because, according to the investigation, he did not notify the migration service of the presence of second citizenship.

But the story did not end there either. In January 2021, one of the witnesses in the case of IOLEVICH Yaroslav Grach said that Mikhail called him on the phone and threatened the murder. As evidence, Grach provided a record of a telephone conversation.

Bailiffs

At the trial, the prosecution asked to appoint an 4.5-year penalty in the colony-settlement, a fine of 150 thousand rubles for non-notification of the migration service and to freeze 1 million rubles to the victim. The lawyers did not agree with this position, since in their opinion, the case was fabricated, but Ioilievich was not guilty.

A few days before the last word, Mikhail Ioyshevich bought a ticket to Israel and even climbed the aircraft. But he failed to leave the country, because the security forces removed the man from the flight.

“I suggested that this is exactly what they were waiting for, so I bought a plane ticket to Tel Aviv and tried to leave Russia,” Ioilievich wrote in his Telegram channel.

On Friday, May 27, a final meeting in the case of Mikhail Io Weshevich was held in the Soviet District Court. The judge justified him in the case of a non -notification of the migration service, but found him guilty for two other criminal cases.
