"He will not be able to grow a patriot of the motherland." In Ufa, a single mother was fined due to anti -war drawings on the window - a neighbor reported to her

A 30-year-old resident of Ufa Regina Ibragimova alone brings up a two-year-old son. On the morning of February 25, when the boy was asleep, the woman hung two anti -war drawings on the window. Her neighbor-artist did not appreciate this gesture: she sent one complaint against Ibragimov to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the other-an authorized person for the rights of the child. The woman believes that Regina will not be able to raise the "patriot of her homeland", since herself is "unhappy to the state in such a crucial period." Ibragimov was fined 15 thousand rubles for the “discredit” of the army, and they came to her house with a check.

Regina Ibragimova with a two -year -old son lives on the outskirts of Ufa in a communal apartment. It is spacious in her room: there is a large plasma on the wall, toys on the floor, a refrigerator in the corner, next to a sofa and a crib, a table in the middle. In this room there is one window that goes out into the courtyard. It was on February 25 that Regina with tape fixed two small posters, on which there was no war with a colored pencil and the Ukrainian flag was drawn.

“Physically, I was very bad [that morning],” Regina recalls. - I did not find a place. I constantly watched the news. I called up with friends and relatives from Ukraine. ”

Regina did not notice a special reaction to posters from the neighbors: “One neighbor said that I took the wrong point of view: there are Bandera people from whom Ukraine needs to be cleaned, and that Ukraine as a whole does not exist -" [if] Crimea is Khrushchev’s mistake, then Ukraine is Lenin. "

Nevertheless, at the end of April, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs came home to Ibragimova. All this time, the drawings hung on the window. “I was in unpleasant shock,” she says. “Not that I did not expect, but it seemed to me that two months had passed and nothing in the fact of these posters would not be.”

The police said that they came to Regina on the complaint of a neighbor from above, the artist Elena Safonova. Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs asked Ibragimova if she’s “good” in politics. “I told them:“ No, it’s not good. I think you don’t need to understand politics perfectly to realize that [war] is wrong, ”she says.

The police drew up a protocol on the army on Ibragimov. “It was embarrassed, absurd to draw up a protocol because of some leaflets on the window that expressed a peaceful position. They said that it was funny, of course, but what to do, ”she notes. “And they were surprised that the neighbor did so.”

Regina herself Safonova’s act was no less surprised, despite the fact that they did not communicate. “They only intersected in the entrance,” she says.

When the police were in the apartment, Regina “did not guess to photograph the protocol” (according to Ibragimova, she was brought to administrative responsibility for the first time), so she went to the police department for a copy of the document. “She asked the interrogator:“ How can I get acquainted with the case file? ” She replied that she was probably in court, ”Regina says. “I went to court, and there they told me that nothing was ready, come on May 5.”

That same evening, Regina received an SMS from the court with a request to appear at the Ordzhonikidze district court of Ufa for a meeting on May 5. According to her, she did not give her to get acquainted with the case file. As a result, the court fined Regina Ibragimova for 15 thousand rubles.

Only at the meeting, Regina found out that her neighbor Elena Safonova sent an appeal not only to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but also by the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in Bashkiria.

In Safonova, Regina says the following: “With such a nonpatriotic position, she will not be able to raise the patriot of her homeland, she is also notolated to the state in such a crucial period. The public actions of this citizen distort the creature and goals of a special military operation and are aimed at diminishing the dignity of the country's armed forces, trust in them. ”

Safonova demanded "to check how she raises her child, what views he instills him since childhood, whether he will be able to grow up with such a mother with a patriot of his fatherland."

“The drawings can be seen,” writes Safonova, “that my mother wrote slogans with the child, that is, dictated to him and drove her principles into her head, which even more aggravates the guilt of this citizen, as a mother raising a new generation of Russia.”

Regina calls the complaint itself “absurd”, and the neighbor “strange”: “The child does not understand what war is. And he will not be able to write this [under dictation]. Now, if he were primary school age or at least senior kindergarten ... ”

Safonova, probably, is not the first to complain of the authorities. Since 2011, about 70 appeals from Safonova Elena Anatolyevna have been recorded on the website of the Ufa City Hall (according to Ibragimova, the surname, name and patronymic on the site completely coincide with the data of her neighbor). So, Safonova asked to find out the legality of the construction of the crematorium in the Ordzhonikidze district, complained about poor -quality cleaning of the streets, disconnecting water, and also proposed to install anti -Shuma screens in front of her own house (the last authorities fulfilled, which led to the scandal ).

In mid -May, Regina came from the Ufa public security center to take an explanatory, and from her neighbors - a characteristic of it itself. Employees of the institution photographed both food in the refrigerator and the boy’s toys.

The 70-year-old neighbor Regina, who shares a communal apartment with her, tells Mediazone that inspectors asked her “leading questions”. “I said that mother is good, she was looking for a child,” said Lyubov Yakupova. - She is also good. It does not bring anyone here, outsiders. Erases, washes the floors. "

She calls Safonov a “woman with oddities”: “She does not greet anyone, it is not visible [her].” The artist did not answer the questions “Mediazons”.

Olga Panchikhina, Commissioner for Child Rights in Bashkiria, in an interview with Mediazona, claims that the guardianship authorities will not check Regina: “Employees of the Center for Public Security said that at home [Ibragimova’s] everything is fine, the child is brought up normally, there are no problems. As for these posters, it has nothing to do with the child. ”

Friends, acquaintances and readers of the “Layout” publication helped to pay for the penalty. Nevertheless, she is afraid that the story is not finished yet. “When they came from the center, they said:“ They can be accumulated to you, wait, ”she says. “Because it is not known what kind of instances she complained.”
