The court in St. Petersburg returned the police a protocol to Yuri Shevchuk

The Dzerzhinsky District Court of St. Petersburg returned the police to the protocol to the rock musician, the leader of the DDT group Yuri Shevchuk. They tried to fined him for discrediting the Russian army. The court did not find a description in the document of what exactly Shevchuk discredited it, the united press service of the city courts reports .

As the court established, the protocol did not describe the event of the alleged offense: the document does not have an indication of what exactly expressed public calls for the prevention of the use of the Russian army in order to protect the interests of Russia and its citizens.

Presumably, the police tried to finish Shevchuk for the statement “Homeland is not an ass of the president, which needs to be trampled and kissed” at a concert in Ufa on May 18.

After the concert, police officers penetrated the scenes, wasolated Shevchuk from the group, putting two special forces at the entrance to the make -up of two, and for an hour had a conversation with him. The musician himself later explained that he was saying a phrase about his homeland and the president not for the first time.
