Roskomnadzor requires Google to remove Tor Browser from the app store. The Saratov District Court, according to the website of the supervisory authority, recognized the information contained in the Tor Browser as prohibited for distribution on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Also, it follows from the message of the RKN, the Saratov court decided to ban Tor itself, “a software application that allows access to prohibited content and contributes to the commission of criminal offenses.”

In May, the bailiffs opened a case on the forced collection of a fine. Google's property in Russia was seized under lawsuits to block YouTube channels NTV and TNT.
