Novosibirsk: The budget of the region is used to restore the "LPR"
When restoring the Belovodsky district of the so -called "LPR", the means of the federal and regional budgets will be used. The work will be occupied at least five years, the NGS portal said with reference to the first deputy chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region Andrei Panferov. Earlier, Governor Andrei Travnikov said that the region takes patronage over the Belovodsky district "LPR". He noted that a number of municipalities of the self -proclaimed republic "secured" the federal operational headquarters for the Novosibirsk region.
According to Panferov, subjects for patronage were selected according to two criteria: the recommendations of the President of Russia and the economic capabilities of the region. The deputy said that the work will take "up to five years at least." They will be financed from three sources.
"Of course, there will be federal subsidies. We also count on the support of industrialists and businessmen of the Novosibirsk region who will also carry out patronage. Of course, the NSO budget will be involved in the implementation of this state task," Panferov said.
He admits that amendments to the budget can be made in June 2022. The deputy is confident that money will be laid down in the budget of 2023 to restore the Belogorsky district.
