The Ministry of Defense included sailors from "Moscow" in the list of participants in "special operation"

Sailors from the military unit 84201, who died on the sunken cruiser "Moscow", were included in the list of participants in the "special military operation". This was reported by "Mediazona" with reference to the response of the prosecutor's office of the Black Sea Fleet to the request of the mother of the wounded sailor Gulnaz Urazaeva.

The document says that the military unit was added to the list so that the crew of the ship and members of their families could receive payments. The response of the prosecutor’s office does not specify when exactly the part was included in the list.

Despite the listing, neither the prosecutor’s office nor the Ministry of Defense admitted that the Moscow cruiser participated in the war in Ukraine.

Gulnaz Urazaeva is the mother of the wounded on the cruiser "Moscow" of the sailor-carrier from Naberezhnye Chelny Bulat Shakirzyanov. He is under treatment at the St. Petersburg Academy of St. Petersburg and, according to his mother, underwent three operations.

• The cruiser "Moscow" was the flagship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
