In Moscow, Anastasia Podgornov was already detained and released, who picked with the poster “There are no amendments against LGBT. Cancel the propaganda law! ” This was announced by the OTD-Info by the detainee herself.

Podgornov was delivered to the department in the Tver district, after which they released without a protocol.

• At the moment, the State Duma is considering a bill on punishment for any propaganda of LGBT.

The State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin sent a bill to the Committee on State Construction and Legislation, which provides for fines for any “propaganda of LGBT”.

In the current law, fines are provided for “propaganda of non -traditional sexual relations” only among minors.

For violation of the law, they offer to fine citizens in the amount of 40 to 50 thousand rubles, officials - from 100 to 500 thousand rubles, legal entities - from one to five million, or the company can suspend the work for 90 days.

In case of violation by the media or using the Internet and in the absence of a crime, a fine for citizens will be from 100 to 500 thousand rubles, for officials - from 500 thousand to one million rubles, for legal entities - up to 10 million rubles.
