Two friends of Suslov confirmed the Mediazone that he was gone. One of them in a conversation with the publication clarified that he could not contact Suslov for three days. Another acquaintance of the conscript said that in Vkontakte a man who introduced himself as a senior lieutenant Stulev contacted him. He asked Suslov that he was facing a criminal case for evading the army.

Earlier it became known that 600 soldiers were sent from the Western Military District to the war to Ukraine. The military prosecutor of the district Arthur Egiev at a meeting of the Federation Council said that they were all "returned as soon as possible," and "about 12 officers" were punished for sending conscripts to the war. How exactly they were punished, Egiev did not specify.
