A case was opened against a deputy from Voronezh, accused of “fakes” about the army, for calling for terrorism.

The Investigative Committee of the Voronezh Region opened a case of calls for terrorism on the Internet (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) against a deputy of the Council of People's Deputies of the Semiluksky District. About this on the department's website.

reported The Investigative Committee's press service does not name the suspect, but indicates that she is also involved in the case of disseminating “fakes” about the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). Obviously, we are talking about deputy Nina Belyaeva, against whom there was a previous case under this article.

The reason for suspicion of calls for terrorism was an interview with a girl dated April 5 , 2022. According to investigators, during a conversation “with a foreign blogger,” she “publicly expressed calls for a violent change of power” in Russia. The recording of the conversation, as reported by the press service, is publicly available.

Investigators do not name the “foreign blogger,” but, apparently, they mean Rostislav Kalatsinsky, a blogger from Lvov who visited Belyaeva on the day indicated by the Investigative Committee. The FSB drew the attention of the video and handed over the materials to investigators.
