In St. Petersburg, Tatyana Levichva, who was accused of discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), was discontinued in St. Petersburg. This was announced by lawyer Sergei Podolsky about this .
The police claimed that on May 9, Tatyana Levichvaeva placed anti -war posters in Victory Park. The girl herself denied involvement in the action.
In the certificate attached to the protocol of Levich, the police wrote that Tatyana, “participant in the movement against the war”, which discredits the Russian army, says Podolsky.
“This is the funniest document that was in the case file. They sculpted in haste, along with evidence on the existence of such a “movement”, ”the lawyer notes. According to him, for example, a post in a telegram channel was attributed to evidence, which reported that the defender had left to Levich (presumably, we are talking about the post of OVD-info).
Production was stopped due to the lack of composition of the offense. The case was considered in the Moscow District Court on June 10.
