A report was drawn up against former lawyer Mark Feygin under the article of failure to fulfill the duties of a “foreign agent.” The card was published on the website of the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow.

The protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign media outlet performing the functions of a foreign agent). What exactly became the reason for the protocol is unknown.

Former lawyer Feigin was recognized as a “foreign agent” on April 8, along with journalists from Novaya Gazeta, Idel.Realii and rapper Face .

Feigin was a lawyer and defended members of the group Pussy Riot , Ukrainian pilot Nadezhda Savchenko, sentenced in Russia to 22 years in prison, former head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars Mustafa Dzhemilev and others. In 2018, he was stripped of his lawyer status.
