On May 26, the Proletarsky District Court of Saransk fined a local resident Anastasia Mikhasenok 1,000 rubles for publishing the text of the Dulles Plan to Destroy the USSR (Russia) on VKontakte. The woman was found guilty under the article on the distribution of prohibited materials (Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
Sova notes that in 2015 the Asbestov City Court of the Sverdlovsk Region recognized the text of the Dulles Plan as extremist. The court ruled on the basis of an expert opinion, which stated that the document contained signs of "inciting hatred and enmity towards representatives of the state authorities of modern Russia." Then the "Plan Dulles" was included in the federal list of extremist materials.
At the meeting, Mikhasenok said that she did not know that this text was banned. After the woman became aware of this, she immediately deleted the post from her page.
The authorship of this text is attributed to the former head of the CIA, Allen Dulles. According to this plan, the United States allegedly planned to destroy the Soviet Union with the help of the moral decay of the population. There is no confirmation of the existence of this document. In part, this text consists of phrases from the novel Eternal Call by Anatoly Ivanov, wrote Meduza .
