Criminal investigation officers came to Daria Soboleva, a volunteer of the Moscow Open Space project, with a search warrant. OVD-Info reported this.
A lawyer from OVD-Info, Sergei Telnov, is coming to see her.
On June 14, security forces Soboleva and lawyer Irina Putilova were in the “Open Space” itself, where law enforcement officers came after a denunciation by activists of the SERB movement. They were taken to the Basmanny police station and later released.
The search at Daria Soboleva's place is taking place in connection with a criminal case against an unidentified person under the article of vandalism committed based on political, ideological or other hostility (Part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code). According to the search warrant, we are talking about placing materials, including exhibits, with anti-war slogans at the Open Space exhibition.
The search was completed without any items being recovered.
