Kaliningrad: SK will check the reports that workers fried meat on eternal heat

The Office of the Investigative Committee for the Kalinigrad Region began to check after there were reports on social networks that unknown to soldiers who died during the assault on Koenigsberg fired meat on an eternal fire. This is stated on the website of the department.

Investigators will look for persons who, as the message say, "defiled a symbol of military glory of Russia."

On June 15, an anonymous message appeared in the Telegram channel “Incident Kaliningrad”, which stated that the workers who repair the temple on Komsomolskaya Street used eternal flame for cooking.

“It’s impossible to walk in the square by the eternal fire for almost a year! Noise, dust. Now the workers are also operating the eternal flame like a barbecue!” The publication says.
