The accused in the case of the death of anti-fascist Sutuga received almost two years of restriction of freedom

The Moscow Meshchansky Court imposed one year and ten months of restriction of freedom on Akhmed Guloev in the case of the death of anti-fascist Alexei Sutuga, known as Socrates. this TASS reports with reference to the court.

Guloev was found guilty of causing death by negligence (Part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code).

In the case of the death of Sutuga, there were three more defendants - Saikhan Adayev, Ibragim Baliev and Aslakhan Sadaev - who were charged with causing grievous harm by a group of persons (Part 3 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code). After their release from the pre-trial detention center in May 2021, they stopped coming to meetings.

In August 2020, Sutuga suffered a severe head injury in a street fight in Moscow and died in hospital a few days later.
