Deputy "Ino-Agent" Vorobyov transferred money to the head of Komi Uybe

The deputy of the State Council of Komi Viktor Vorobyov, recognized by the Ministry of Justice of the “foreign agent”, transferred a small amount of the head of the republic Vladimir Uybe to ask him a question during the report of the head of the region. Previously, Uyba refused to answer Vorobyov’s questions, because he was “in agent.” Vorobyov himself spoke about this.

Vladimir Uyba on June 23 made a report to the State Council of Komi. During the meeting, Viktor Vorobyov transferred 30 rubles to the governor through a system of quick payments. The phone number of the head of the Komi was published in the public domain after his meeting with the activists of one of the districts.

“Last time, he refused to answer, saying that he was not answering the questions of foreign agents. So I decided to equalize us. Moreover, the question was about how he managed to combine state debt with a share in a Czech company,” Vorobyov said.

The deputy was turned off the microphone, the head of the region did not answer the question. According to the law, Vladimir Uyba can now be considered a person affiliated with a “foreign agent” - for this, any amount transferred from the organization or person entered into the register of the Ministry of Justice is enough.

Earlier, Vladimir Uyba refused to answer Vorobyov’s question about the formation of the government, citing the fact that he did not answer the questions of people recognized as “foreign agents”.

Deputy Vorobyov asked about the possession of Czech assets due to the publication of the investigation of the 7x7 Internet magazine. Journalists found out that in 1999, Russian citizens Valentin and Irina Uyba established Vilas Sro in Prague in the company with the same name "Vilas" was worked by the acting head of Komi Vladimir Uyba. Czech Vilas is engaged in real estate management. In addition, the alleged second wife of Vladimir Uyba Galina Kazakova also owned the Czech company. In 2007, she established Starodávné Tradice Sro in Karlovy Vary. She is engaged in real estate and services related to the hotel business.

In 2020, the Prague company Vilas, whose co -founder was the acting head of Komi Vladimir Uyba, changed the owner and director. Now they are, respectively, the ex-wife of the official and the lawyer, and the power of attorney for any actions with the company received the eldest son of Uyba Artyom.
