Berdsk sapper died during a “special operation” in Ukraine

Another native of the Novosibirsk region died during a "special operation" in Ukraine. He was a sapper.

During the “special operation” in Ukraine, a sapper of the special forces group, junior sergeant of contract service, 33-year-old Ivan Dietrich, was killed, reported the mayor’s office of Berdsk . He was presented to the Order of Courage posthumously.

Ivan Dietrich graduated from vocational school No. 72 in the village of Kochki, Novosibirsk Region. After military service, he worked for some time in the police, and then entered the contract service.

Earlier, the head of the region, Andrei Travnikov, reported the death of five residents of the region in Ukraine. Later, only district administrations, local newspapers or municipal institutions began to report on the deaths of soldiers. The total official number of victims from the Novosibirsk region, judging by the statements of the authorities, could already reach 55-56.

The last time the Ministry of Defense spoke about losses was only on March 25: 1,351 servicemen were killed, 3,825 were wounded. At the same time, it was only about the military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation - earlier it was officially reported about the death, for example, of employees of the National Guard .
