In Belgorod, a student Ilya Kostyukov, who went to a single picket in defense of trolleybuses, exert pressure in the BelSU college, where he is studying. Kostyukov is threatened, implying that he will not be able to get out if he does not stop doing "incomprehensible what." The pressure on Kostyukov OTD-info was told by his defender Evgeny Sokolov; The publication about this also appeared on the website of the publication “Lanter.T”.
In June, an 18-year-old student drew up a protocol on a violation of the rally order (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses): the reason was his single picket on June 18 with a poster, on which "life of trolleybuses are important." During the picket with Kostyukov, the passerby asked to take a picture - the photograph appeared on social networks and the police considered the picket the “mass event”.

According to Kostyukov, after that he was called for a conversation in the security center of NIU BelSU. When the student came to the center, in addition to the director of the Department of Security, he met there Major of the police, an employee of the Center for Combating Extremism. Earlier, the same law enforcement officer had already come home to Father Kostyukov and tried to find out the whereabouts of the student.
During the conversation, the employee of the administration of the educational institution and the representative of the EE center rudely asked the student about academic performance and hinted at his possible deductions: “If this story does not stop, it will stop differently.” According to Kostyukov, he was threatened that they would check how he observes the rules of the internal routine and even how he washes floors in his room in his hostel.
After a conversation in the BelSU security center, the policeman handed the student a summons demanding to appear at the police department. On the same day, Kostyukov returned to his hostel and found out that he had a new neighbor. A few days later, he told him that in the absence of Kostyukov, university security officers came to his room: according to him, they watched a student’s bed and photographed a poster from pickets.
“I think they are looking for what to catch on to evict my hostels,” Kostyukov believes. “There are no problems with the study itself yet, but the university administration is directly interested in making problems.”
In the police department, the student drew up a protocol due to the picket. At the same time, Kostyukov had already reached the picket for the preservation of trolleybuses on June 5, then there was no detention.
The abolition of the trolleybus network caused the protest of local activists. So, the urbanists created a petition in defense of environmentally friendly transport and lead a telegram channel dedicated to this problem.
