The production "Autopilot" saved Rosneft almost 500 million rubles

The Bashneft oil refining complex (included in the structure of Rosneft) successfully introduced the improved management of the process process (SUUTP), which is a significant element of the project implemented at the enterprise to create a “digital plant”.

The system is a kind of “autopilot”, it optimizes the production process, independently selecting the most effective mode of operation of equipment for a particular composition of raw materials, which significantly increases the output of high -marine products. The economic effect of the implementation of the system at the moment has already exceeded 450 million rubles.

The introduction of SUUTP also reduces the installation time for normal operation, reduces the information load on operational personnel. Due to the stabilization of the technological process, the consumption of fuel gas in heating furnaces is reduced, which reduces emissions into the atmosphere.

The level of security is also increased during the operation of NPZ installations - the system regulates all available parameters at the same time, which was impossible when the operator was engaged in this.
