Andrey Morev, the head of the Yakimanka municipal district, was detained at the exit from the court. Now he is being taken to the Yakimanka police department. Morev wrote about this in his telegram channel.

The politician also specified that the security forces had detained activist and lawyer Maya Baidakova. He noted that he connects his detention with a sticker that unknown people pasted on his car. In the morning, he received a call from a police officer who spoke about a “strange sticker” and asked him to come to the Yakimanka police station.

In a conversation with OVD-Info, Baidakova said that she was being taken to the police department in the Tagansky district. According to her, both of them are charged with an article on the demonstration of extremist materials (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Recently, the Tagansky District Court considered the administrative case of Morev under the article on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The court imposed a fine of 50 thousand rubles on him.
