Australian Anthropologist Tyson Yankade, founder and head of the native knowledge laboratory ( Indigenous Knowledge Systems La B) at the University of Dikin (Melbourne) - a representative of the Apalech clan, one of the tribal unions of the indigenous population of Australia. In the interesting book “Talking in the sand. As an aboriginal thinking can save the world ” (in July in the publishing house of AD Marginem ), Yankaport reflects on the unsettled contradictions of the global Western worldview and the traditional picture of the world - in particular, to which the Australian Aborigines are still true.
In the head of “lemonade from a headache ”, an excerpt from which we publish with the kind permission of the publishing house, the author of the book explains what “holistic thinking” is on the example of a diet of indigenous people of Australia - or what the white residents of the fifth of the continent are understood by “native cuisine”.
