Zelensky fired Ukrainian ambassadors to Germany, India, the Czech Republic, Norway and Hungary

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed ambassadors in five countries. The relevant decrees are published on its website.

So, Zelensky dismissed Andriy Melnik to India , Ambassador to Germany, Igor Polikha , Yevgeny Perebiynis to the Czech Republic , Vyacheslav Yatsyuk to Norway and Lyubov Nepop to Hungary .

Earlier, Bild sources reported on the possible dismissal of Melnyk from the post of Ukraine's ambassador to Germany. According to them, he plans to return to Kyiv. Sources of the publication also claimed that they want to appoint him to the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Melnik is known for a number of high-profile statements. He, in particular, called German Chancellor Olaf Scholz "an offended liverwurst."
