The Prosecutor General's Office made the corresponding decision on July 9. The first to draw attention to this was the organization "Roskomsvoboda", according to its information, the publication's website was blocked with all domains and subdomains.
The state news agency TASS writes that access to the website www.welt.de was restricted “in accordance with the regulations for blocking websites containing calls for mass riots, extremism, and participation in illegal mass actions.”
