The Arkhangelsk Regional Court recognized the People's Council of Citizens of the RSFSR USSR of the Arkhangelsk Region as an extremist organization, its activities were banned in Russia. About this writes the publication 29.ru.
The organization’s activities are aimed at “violently changing the foundations of the constitutional order and violating the integrity of the Russian Federation, undermining the security of the state, creating armed groups, inciting social, national and religious hatred and disseminating extremist materials for this purpose,” the court’s decision says.
The organization included about 47 members, 12 of them were brought to administrative responsibility “for extremist offenses and violations against public order,” the regional FSB noted.
