Yuri Dud was fined 120 thousand rubles under an article on LGBT propaganda

The magistrate of court district No. 271 in Moscow fined Yuri Dud 120 thousand rubles under the article on LGBT propaganda (Part 2 of Article 6.21 of the Administrative Code). The head of Agora, Pavel Chikov, writes about this.

The journalist was fined because of an interview with performance artist Fyodor Pavlov-Andreevich, which was published in March 2021. Pavlov-Andreevich lives in Brazil; before emigrating, he was the host of the television program “Up to 16 and older...”, editor of the magazine “Molotok” and theater director. The interview raises the issue of his homosexuality and coming out, but the video is labeled “18”.

In 2021, Dudya was fined 100 thousand rubles under an article on drug propaganda due to an interview with rapper Morgenstern and video blogger Ivangay. The video contained the disclaimer “Drugs are evil. Don't use them."

In April 2022, Yuri Dud was included in the register of “media “foreign agents”. The reason for this was the receipt of money for advertising from YouTube, as well as the dissemination of information from Meduza and Insider in episodes with Ekaterina Gordeeva, Alexander Gordon and Tima Belorusskikh.
