Unidentified persons in masks detained Crimean Solidarity activist Rolan Osmanov near the Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea in Simferopol. Now the man is in the building of the Center for Combating Extremism (CPE). This was reported on the website of the movement.
In December 2021, the Kievsky District Court fined Osmanov 15,000 rubles for participating in a meeting of Crimean Tatars near the FSB building in Simferopol on September 4 — he was filming and filming what was happening.
