A court in Belgorod dismissed the case of a man who stood next to a picketer

A court in Belgorod terminated the administrative case against Roman Voloshin, who was photographed with a picketer. This is reported by the publication "7 × 7".

In June, student Ilya Kostyukov held a one-man picket in Belgorod in defense of trolleybuses. Roman Voloshin, who was passing by, took a picture next to the picketer, and then posted the photo on social networks. The police considered this a massive public action (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and drew up protocols against both of them.

On July 6, the court acquitted Kostyukov himself, and on July 12, Voloshin. They were able to prove that they did not know each other before meeting at the picket. Cases were terminated due to the absence of an offense.

“I and the media had thoughts that the person who came up to take a picture with me was a dummy. In fact, the guy is not local and came to do the paperwork. I was passing by, I decided to take a picture, and they also slapped him with a protocol on mass picketing, ”Kostyukov quoted 7 × 7 as saying.
