On July 14, a missile blow was inflicted on Vinnitsa. The office of the President of Ukraine claims that the submarine, located in the Black Sea, launched Caliber winged missiles around the city. An office building, residential buildings, as well as the house of officers, where a concert was supposed to take place, came under fire. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation informally stated that they struck the house of officers, where the temporary point of Ukrainian forces was allegedly located. According to the latest information, 23 people were killed, even more than a hundred were injured.
