Former head of Navalny's Arkhangelsk headquarters, Andrei Borovikov, who was convicted because of reposting a Rammstein video, had his sentence in prison reduced by one day, SOTA reports .
The court recalculated the period at the request of the administration of IK-7 of the Arkhangelsk region, which found an error in the previous calculations.
The Lomonosovsky District Court of Arkhangelsk in April 2021 sentenced Borovikov to two years and six months in a general regime colony - he was found guilty in the case of distributing pornography (clause “b” of Part 3 of Article 242 of the Criminal Code) because of the Rammstein “Pussy” video. On July 15 of the same year, the appellate court reduced the prison term by three months.
According to investigators, in 2014, Borovikov published a video on VKontakte containing “naturalistic scenes depicting sexual intercourse, with a visual demonstration of the genitals.”
