Police detained at least one person during a protest in the village of Reduktornoe (Makhachkala). This is reported by the "Caucasian Knot".

Several hundred people blocked one of the avenues in the village due to frequent blackouts. “There is light for two hours, then it is turned off for a day, for two or three days. This has been going on for a week already,” one of the participants of the gathering told the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent.

Police officers arrived at the scene. Cough-inducing gas was sprayed into the crowd, according to those gathered.
