
The former first vice-governor of the Vologda region, Anton Koltsov, headed the government of the Zaporizhzhya region. This was reported to RIA and TASS with reference to the member of the Main Council of the Military-Civil Administration of the region Vladimir Rogov.
According to Rogov, "now the formation of the government is in the active phase."

As indicated on the website of the Government of the Vologda Oblast, Anton Koltsov was born in 1973 in Cherepovets. In 1996, he graduated from the Yaroslavl State Medical Academy, in 2003-Cherepovets State University, and in 2010 received the qualification of the "Master of Business Administration" at the Academy of National Economy. Koltsov is a graduate of the "School of Governors" (the Higher School of the Public Administration of the RANEPA), previously worked in the metallurgical industry.
