The Military-Civil Administration (MCA) of the Kharkiv region, appointed during the Russian occupation, has begun paying local residents of the territories pensions in rubles. This was reported by Vitaly Ganchev, whom TASS calls "the head of the MCA."
"The first tranche has been received and distributed among the districts of the Kharkiv region. We can say [that we have started paying]. It is already July, we are paying for June, soon people will receive for July," Ganchev said.
In the Kupyansky district of the region, benefits in rubles "began to be paid for the second time," said the "acting head of the VGA" of the district, Maksim Gubin. According to him, the first payments to the Kupyansky district were brought by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the form of humanitarian aid - 10 thousand rubles for each person.
