In the first photo, my smiling bearded organism caught Sardana Avksentieva while arriving in Smolensk, for a long time she was called the “mayor of a healthy person” for multiple positive changes in Yakutsk subject to her. During communication with her, the phrase, reflecting the entire abyss that lies between adequate managers and ours: was most hooked with her: ours:

"I should not know everything and be the best in everything. I should not be the smartest among my apparatus. But I, as the mayor, must surround myself with competent and smarter people, provide them with comfortable conditions for working with my power."

Does it not seem to you that it is high time Smolensk to get into the power of people with the same views, well, or at least a million for the first time try to block the views of the existing ones?

How to do it? Well, in addition to another challenge “1000 complaints” that I launched a month ago (and now I’m preparing to find the work done, and also a remark for those who missed, about which, why and how) I offer you, walking along the streets and courtyards of our wonderful but immensely neglected city, to take photos of the most outrageous moments: pits, deposits of sand and mud, bent fences, scattering fences, scattered, scattered, scattered. Yes, he already has a public “personal” page on the VKontakte social network, look around the wall just below, the day before yesterday I already wrote about this misunderstanding with closed comments and without a feedback form. But, it seems to me, and, I think, you will agree with me, in the 21st century it is an unacceptable luxury for the mayor of the city - to hide from their voters, especially those who did not choose it, and from urban problems behind a closed group?

So let's bolder, more actively and help our crumb-mayor open eyes on a city drowning in ruin, mud and absence. As practice shows, he is offended and ignored only by me.

90% of my friends, to whom I recommended writing to him directly, was given an answer (most often nothing meaningful, but still). And the main trump card here is in the mass. If you help me, taking my burden of the main grumble on the troubles of Smolensk, who is ignored for months, and also attract your friends and tell them about this opportunity, maybe we will be able to move this block of nonsense.
