This is the place where they previously planned to build a garbage plant.
On the one hand, the KPO (a waste processing complex) is better than the MSZ, because waste burning is not laid in its functionality. On the other hand, the KPO “The Last Word” contain the idea of the production of fuel from waste and this means that somewhere (most likely, not far from us) they will want to burn this fuel.
Since residents are worried about burning, and the fate of separate gathering, and smells from “composting”, it makes sense to write your comments and suggestions for inclusion in the TK, for example:
To reflect the RDF fuel plans for the use of fuel, as well as a scenario according to which the amount of waste will decrease and fuel production too.
In order to reflect in the EIAs how to move the waste fluxes from separate collection (two -way and multifraction) and the flows of mixed waste. Will it be the same conveyors? Or will the waste enter separate lines?
How will the composting of organic waste be organized and where will they be sent after receiving a technogront?
Where will the remaining tails go, which have not become recycled, nor compost, nor RDF?
It is worth remembering that the “processing complex” is a very general name, because there is no processing as such (I do not consider processing for the landfill and RDF for burning).
