Last night I found a couple of free hours to take a walk along Kirov. And you know, he himself began to believe in that short passage for the thriller/horror, which he wrote a couple of days ago. The clouds closed the sun, in the twilight darkness there are ancient mansions overgrown with burdock and weeds, with sticking "rotten bones" from the cladding or falling "teeth"-bloody red bricks. And the kite is circulating over all this, straightening his huge wings.
And then I turned onto Orlovskaya Street ...
And then he finally decided that someone cursed this city. Moreover, the whole blow concentrated on this central street. Two quarters. Backlined windows and doors. In some places, traces of fires are visible. The walls of one house are slowly folding into the building, because special supports do not allow them to collapse on the sidewalk ...
Well, seriously.
To understand the effectiveness of urban administration, the state of the whole city, you can not spend hours, wrapping circles on it. It is enough to walk a little along Orlovskaya Street (from the FSB building to the city administration).
This street, as a litmus pipe, shows the attitude of local authorities to monuments of history and architecture (including those buildings that should be, but they are not), to the "effective" use of urban territory and the improvement of city streets. Well, if you read the ads that are pasted here, talk to passers -by, then you can determine the main problems of the townspeople ... The whole fear and decline of the city, which, as if the ubiquitous hogweed, begins to spread to other streets ...
PS It seems to me that the FSB officers next time should be detained by the head of the city or employees of the city administration to carry it out of interrogation for interrogation, but to carry out this street. Slowly so. Maybe communication will turn out easier ...
