The governor thinks that the residents of the city themselves should resolve the issue.

The tram movement finally left the agenda. He is not even mentioned in the reports of the governor or at meetings with some fashionable Moscow managers. This is indicative not from the point of view whether it really needs to be restored or not, but solely from the point of view, as far as you can believe in the words of the Tver officials.
