First of all, these are our Arctic waters, the waters of the Black, Okhotsk and Bering Seas, the Baltic and Kuril Straits. We will provide their protection firmly by all means. ” The head of state here recalled that the Navy is about to receive such a remedy-the Zircon hypersonic missiles.
