According to the July Decree of the Government, which increased the cost of joining houses to electricity by 27 times, the family is obliged to independently pay for the construction of power lines and substations in order to connect a new house to electricity.

In the village of Wojitsa, the house is powered by a diesel generator, and he does not have power to connect a new object. To connect the applicant’s house, you need to build a power transmission line to the nearest highway, as well as the substation.

Previously, such costs were carried out by the supply company, and they were compensated from the regional budget as drop -down revenues. But now, the applicant must pay half the cost of new infrastructure facilities, and from 2023 the applicant must pay these costs completely.

Nikandrov filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office. According to the resolution, the new rules do not apply to applications submitted before July 1, it also began to submit applications for technical accession in the winter.
