According to Skorik-Shkarovskaya, 419 people were killed during the Russian army's offensive on Bucha, including 12 city residents under the age of 21.

116 bodies were found in a mass grave near the Church of St. Andrew the First-Called and All Saints, the vice-mayor specified. She also added that more than 50 corpses were not preserved; in five cases, experts were unable to determine the sex of the dead.

In April, the Kiev regional administration reported 400 deaths in Bucha. “During the period of occupation, the invaders killed more than 400 residents of the Buchan society,” the publication said.

Bucha, a small town near Kiev, was under Russian military control for about a month.
