The military registration and enlistment office, according to the "Virstki", report that "military training" will last from 56 to 60 days. Those who refuse to participate allegedly "twist" on the spot.

“They select a passport, military ID and send to military units, and from there to the Belgorod region, as we are told, to repair equipment and load shells,” the human rights activists explained. “They don’t even know what status they are in. The age is completely different: 26, 30, 40 years.”

Human rights activists emphasize that the law "On military duty and military service" allows the storerooms to refuse to participate in military training. For this, neither criminal nor administrative responsibility is provided. In some cases, according to the "Virstki" information, employees of the military registration and enlistment office persuade citizens to sign a three -month contract for military service.
