A quiet environmentally friendly area with houses of low number of storeys is a sort of European fairy tale in the suburbs of Krasnoyarsk. It would seem that for life with children generally beauty. However, the fact that children need to study somewhere, the developer of the district “live” did not think, residents say.

“When they bought an apartment, the question of the school was specified. We were told that the school would be passed in 2022, and they showed the plan on which the school was awarded. The houses have already been built on this place now, ”says Polina Statnikova, a resident of the district“ live ”.

The developer’s website indicates that three more houses will soon be rented out - the apartments can already be bought. They also talk about hiking: it turns out that in “we live” everything is close - it’s easy to walk. I must say that they still took care of the inhabitants: there is a stop with which the bus runs. The nearest flight is at 06:45 in the morning.

Shattl launched the developer to Krasnoyarsk. However, as residents say, he also had to prepare the infrastructure for the school bus so that children could get to the only nearest school in Solonets. They say that in the spring they installed a stop - that was all ended.

“According to the documents, the Earth is in long -term lease of Monolitcholding, so it has nothing to do with the municipality. Therefore, the developer should do the work. Road marking, lighting - so far it is all that the commission has found. There is no good lighting. And on August 10, yesterday, Monolite had to eliminate this drawback, but nothing was fulfilled, ”said Galina Sergienko, a resident of the district“ live ”.

In the “Monolith Holding” “TSK Krasnoyarsk” was assured: despite the fact that residents do not see this, they are still preparing infrastructure for the school bus, and on September 1 it will go on his first flight. As for the construction of the school, they say: they would be happy, but the district administration does not have such a request. So, the promises that people heard in the sales department of the developer are not yet destined to come true. I would like to believe that at least with a long -suffering school bus everything will work out differently.
