In public messages, these de facto personnel military are called "volunteers-contractes", obviously emphasizing the conscious nature of their participation in hostilities.

The contract with the military department is concluded officially, payments are radically different from monetary allowance in ordinary times. From the memo distributed by veteran organizations, one can understand how they are calculated: 53 dollars per day are added to ordinary salaries in military rank and position when it is outside the Russian Federation (about 150 thousand a month) and 8 thousand rubles a day with offensive military operations (a maximum of 240 thousand a month). To do this, we used exclusively official data - ads on the sites of local authorities, municipal and regional newspapers - and the data of Rosstat.

We deliberately ignore numerous offers to enter the service, which are full of ads, because it is impossible to verify them.

Let's start with the region, which has been in the list of territories with the lowest salaries more than once, Adygea. Less than 0.6% of employees in the republic have income above 100 thousand rubles. The average salary (nominal, before deduction of taxes and mandatory payments) here, according to statistics, is 37461 rubles. At the same time, the number of torn to the contract is rapidly increasing:

Apart is Chechnya, where the lowest average nominal salary in the Russian Federation is 32940 rubles and officially the lowest salary ratio in the country to the cost of a fixed set of goods and services.
