According to investigators, Mirimskaya met through Lantratov with the employees of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And - with immigrants from Chechnya.
In particular, so Mirim was acquainted with Roman Kuznetsov, who is now arrested, (he is Utan Dudurkaev, a man who is considered close to deputy Adam Delimkhanov). According to the lawyers of the civil husband, the banker, in November 2016, it was Dudurkaev who allegedly guarded Olga Mirimskaya’s country house for two weeks, when he was again specially hired by the security to deliver the child to Russia from the Turkish part of Cyprus.
By the way, Lanttratova herself met Dudukaev at the birthday of Ramzan Kadyrov. Then Lantratova wrote on Instagram (now prohibited in Russia for extremist activity) the post of gratitude to Kadyrov “For help in reunification of my mother [Mirim] with a child”.

Lantratova and AUE*
In December 2016, at the annual meeting of the Presidential Council of Human Rights with Vladimir Putin, Yan Lantratov asked the head of state to ban the legislative level of AUI (the name of the criminal subculture and the Russian informal association consisting of minors. “The leaders of this structure, which are in places of imprisonment, are associated with children and adolescents in social institutions, extorting money from them and threats forcing crimes.”
Lantratova called all this “the problem of national security”, which must be decided by human rights defenders “in interaction with all competent power structures”.
Putin promised to help. Four years later, the Supreme Court of Russia recognized the AUE as an extremist organization and banned its activities in the country.

But Lantratov cannot be frightened by this. She renounced past weaknesses:

И законопроект был принят. Теперь можно стать иноагентом, не получая прямой помощи от иностранцев, а просто находясь под их «воздействием». Кстати, в соответствующий реестр могут попасть и родные иностранных агентов.
Лантратова и Мариуполь
Лантратова, что называется, замелькала. Заседает в советах, возглавляет различные комиссии: от «иностранного вмешательства в просветительскую деятельность» до «сохранения христианских ценностей»… Цитирует коллегу Ирину Яровую про «преступное взаимодействие Украины и США и американские биолаборатории». Лантратова успела посетить Мариуполь, Волноваху и другие украинские города, куда вошли российские войска. Подписывая фотографии себя на фоне разрушений, она объясняет, что украинские войска «обстреливают объекты социальной инфраструктуры — детские сады, школы, больницы, роддома, рынки, гаражи. И после этого они еще хотят, чтобы эти районы и люди вернулись в состав Украины!».
Некоторые подписчики в соцсетях просят доказательств. Депутат Госдумы таким гражданам не отвечает. А «сознательным» продолжает объяснять:

В каждом дворе — навсегда оставшиеся сидеть на лавочках у подъездов пристреленные бабушки, замершие в своей игре дети и куда-то не дошедшие взрослые».
И снова обеспокоенные граждане просят поделиться конкретными фактами. Депутат Госдумы вновь не отвечает — а зачем? Имеет право не вступать в переписку. Тем более ее позиция публична и полна негодования (если верить записям заседаний в Госдуме): украинские учебники, например, заклеймены как «пропитанные ненавистью ко всему российскому».

В пояснительной записке авторы проекта указывают: «Президент Российской Федерации неоднократно подчёркивал, что национальными интересами на долгосрочную перспективу являются собрание и развитие традиционных российских духовно-нравственных ценностей, а образом будущего России должна быть крепкая, благополучная семья».
