По словам друзей девушки, она никогда не занималась политикой, но протесты против российского вторжения в Украину 24 февраля, вероятно, стали первыми, на которые она пошла не как видеооператор и фотограф. Ведь если бы я просто разложила ценники в магазине, то об этом узнала бы одна бабушка да сотрудники магазина, которым было откровенно наплевать на информацию (они даже полицию вызывать не собирались). Но благодаря приказу Бастрыкина — судить по самой высочайшей мере жестокости любые антивоенные выступления, включая скромнейшее — мое, теперь о том, что не все русские поддерживают насилие, знают во всем мире! Об этом я не могла даже мечтать, когда раскладывала ценники.

К тому же, мое нелепейшее уголовное преследование сделало репрессии в России видимыми даже среди преданных сторонников нашей государственной системы — сотрудников УФСИН. Некоторые сотрудники в форме подходили ко мне и говорили, что очень уважают мой поступок и поддерживают меня. Если бы на меня завели административку, отправили на домашний арест или вовсе оставили мое деяние без внимания, то такое не было бы возможным. А еще это позволило мне понять, что я не одна так считаю. Каждую неделю я получаю больше 20 писем от неравнодушных людей, которые так же, как и я, не хотят войны. Именно благодаря СК я узнала это ощущение единения и солидарности с согражданами.

Следствие никак не объяснило мне, как именно вооруженные силы потерпели от моих действий. Официально потерпевшей в моем деле является пожилая пенсионерка, которая прочитала на ценнике информацию о страданиях мирных жителей в Украине, и у нее затряслись руки. Она обратилась к охраннику, но тот не усмотрел ничего преступного в ценнике, она обратилась к кассирше, но та тоже не отреагировала, и даже администраторша ничем не смогла помочь. Тогда целеустремленная пенсионерка пошла домой и написала донос.

Мне до сих пор непонятно, какой ущерб может нанести человеку чтение двух строчек информации, которая даже не касается его лично, и каким образом это сравнимо с ущербом, которое нанесло мне пребывание под стражей.

У меня выросли кисты в яичнике, разрушен кишечник, появилась язва в пищеводе, ухудшилась ситуация с пороком сердца (так что теперь мне, может, даже понадобится операция, но я пока еще не могу получить обследование, которое даст точную информацию на этот счет). Не говоря уже об ущербе психическому здоровью из-за насилия физического, психологического и сексуализированного, которое я пережила за это время. Все эти проблемы детально задокументированы правозащитниками и медиками.

А уж какой финансовый ущерб понесли мои друзья и близкие, которые полностью обеспечивали меня питанием (в моменты, когда ФСИН не предоставляло мне диеты, а рекомендовало «питаться своими передачками»), юридической и платной медицинской помощью (врачи/медикаменты/обследования), и говорить не приходится. Каким образом это сопоставимо с ущербом от чтения информации на ценнике, не укладывается в голове ни у кого. Я тоже читаю или вижу много информации, которая мне неприятна, но предлагать посадить в тюрьму на 10 лет людей, сочинивших эту информацию, мне бы никогда не хотелось.

Силы держаться дает мне поддержка моей возлюбленной, моего лучшего друга и остальных моих близких и друзей, а также совсем незнакомых мне неравнодушных человеколюбивых граждан, которые пишут мне трогательные письма, помогают финансово и приходят ко мне в суды… Со многими из них я успела подружиться.

Я не активистка и стала ей «по неволе». В буквальном смысле — в день моего ареста… В жизни я музыкальная артистка и художница. Поэтому меня поддерживает творчество. И хотя моя главная сфера деятельности — музыка — здесь под запретом, по крайней мере я много рисую и в такие моменты забываю обо всем. Еще меня поддерживает то, что я превратила свое уголовное преследование в изобретательный антивоенный перформанс «Заключение в тюрьму». Это как в клетку залезть на Красной площади, только всё еще более настоящее, и никто мою акцию не остановит и не свернет, потому что она проходит при тотальной поддержке и финансировании государственных институтов. Еще меня очень поддерживает то, что я получила огромное творческое признание, ведь я вкладывалась в свои творческие произведения всю жизнь, но никогда не могла в этом толком продвинуться. А теперь мои работы выставляются, мои книги комиксов будут впервые изданы или переизданы в России. И самое главное — много людей услышало и оценило мои музыкальные произведения. А это всё, к чему я стремилась в плане карьеры в последние годы!

Я о многом мечтаю в последние месяцы. Самое первое и основное — это, конечно, жениться. <…> Может быть, это случится через очень много лет — после того, как я отсижу в колонии, но все-таки случится! Мечтаю также лично поблагодарить и обнять всех своих друзей, особенно Лешу Белозерова, которые сделали для меня невероятно много. Больше жизни мечтаю поиграть хотя бы на одном инструменте — хоть на самой маленькой губной гармошке. Дома я играла каждый день, иногда по нескольку часов, и я страшно по этому скучаю.

Мечтаю погладить и обнять наших с Соней кошек, съездить в лес с палаткой, напилить дров и зажечь большой костер.

Но больше всего я, конечно, мечтаю о МИРЕ».

«Мечта — чтобы россияне могли свободно собираться на площадях»

Борис Романов, петербургский активист, 37 лет.

С мая до середины июля находился в питерском СИЗО Кресты.

Борис Романов, с давних пор известный в активистской среде, — на сегодняшний день единственное счастливое исключение из правил по делам о «военных фейках». Его, продержав два месяца в следственном изоляторе, отпустили домой, избрав запрет определенных действий. Впрочем, само уголовное дело прекращать не стали, да и прокуратура обжалует освобождение активиста.

До своего задержания Романов работал председателем ЖКС и занимался локальным активизмом. Наблюдал за выборами, работал в мониторинговой группе Правозащитного совета Петербурга, был одним из координаторов кампании в защиту исторических зданий, администрировал сообщество во «Вконтакте» «Соседи Светлановского», рассказывая о проблемах родного муниципального округа. В этом паблике и появилось видео, из-за которого на активиста завели уголовное дело.

Романов хоть и не имел статуса депутата, но посещал заседания МО «Светлановское» достаточно часто. Присутствовал там и на заседании 29 марта 2022 года, когда стало известно, что Минобороны России решило сократить военную активность на Киевском и Черниговском направлениях. Романов высказался по этому поводу прямо перед всем Советом, продвигая пацифистскую позицию. Свидетелем обвинения по заведенному вскоре ФСБ уголовному делу выступила глава округа «Светлановское» Янина Евстафьева. Она заявила, что Романов, придя в муниципалитет, якобы делал антироссийские заявления и позволил себе грубые выражения в адрес российских военнослужащих.

Выступление активиста обвинение квалифицировало как публичное распространение под видом достоверной заведомо ложной информации, содержащей данные об использовании Вооруженных сил РФ. Выявили и мотив Романова — «вражда к социальной группе «военнослужащие ВС РФ»». Максимальное наказание по этой статье — 10 лет колонии, но можно получить штраф или принудительные работы. Выборгский суд Петербурга уже начал слушать дело Романова по существу, однако ни один свидетель обвинения пока в суд не явился. Сам активист вину не признает.

«Жалею ли я о выражении своей антивоенной позиции? Нет, не жалею. Я знаю, что я прав, и выражаю позицию не только свою, но и значительной части россиян.

Изменил бы я что-то, если бы знал, что окажусь в СИЗО? Нет, ничего бы не изменил. Моя позиция максимально четкая и последовательная. Более того, мы еще не знаем, чем это закончится. И то, что я сейчас в тюрьме, — это еще не конец фильма. До титров еще далеко. Правозащитника Сахарова тоже сначала сослали в Горький за антивоенную позицию, а потом освободили, и он стал депутатом Верховного Совета.

Что дает силы держаться? Во-первых, моя уверенность в своей правоте и статья 29 Конституции РФ, где прямо написано «цензура запрещается». Во-вторых, многочисленная поддержка гражданского общества в России. Мне помогают и юридически, и финансово, пишут множество писем со словами поддержки. И что меня особенно вдохновляет — пишут совершенно незнакомые мне разные люди. Это очень меня мотивирует. В-третьих, в Крестах я нахожусь в камере с веселыми и понимающими ребятами, которые со мной на одной волне. Мы вместе слушаем новости по радио, я им читаю свои письма, потом мы их обсуждаем. Мы поддерживаем друг друга, помогаем продуктами и советами.

Есть ли у меня мечта? Конечно, есть! Я хочу жить в свободной России, где мне, моей семье, моим друзьям и всем людям будет комфортно и безопасно жить. Для этого мне нужен мир, ответственное перед парламентом правительство, свободные демократические выборы без фальсификаций, освобождение всех политических заключенных, доступ всех политических сил на выборы. Моя мечта — страна, где гарантированы реальная защита права на свободу слова и свободу собраний. Моя мечта, чтобы свободные творческие россияне могли выходить на улицу, собираться на площадях и обсуждать, как будет развиваться их дом, округ, район, город, страна, мир. Моя мечта — чтобы люди могли высказываться и обсуждаться любые идеи в ненасильственном диалоге».

“New newspaper. Европа» отправила в столичные и питерские СИЗО также письма политику Илье Яшину, инженеру Ольге Смирновой, менеджеру Виктории Петровой и другим. Однако по каким-то причинам — то ли цензурным, то ли другим — обратного ответа мы так и не получили.

Все эти люди также не признают свою вину. Некоторым из них аресты продлевали уже трижды.
