At the end of July, the Investigative Committee of the Stavropol Territory opened a criminal case under the article on insulting the memory of defenders of the fatherland (Part 3 of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code) against a resident of the village of Temizhbeksky in the Novoaleksandrovsky urban district. The reason for the persecution was posts on social networks. Kommersant reported this with reference to the press service of the Russian Federal Security Service for the region.
